Put
your trust in our hands. Call us at 817-360-1878. I have been inspecting full time for 10 years and part time for 10 years. Along with that experience I have helped build and or remodeled both residential and commercial structures. In over 20 years of work my entire life has been involved in construction and inspection of commercial and residential properties and even exterminating. I have inspected new homes to 100 year old homes and every type of construction imaginable.
New construction, existing structures, buyers inspections, sellers inspections, foreclosures, short sales, barns and sheds even. If it needs inspecting I will inspect it. 817-907-3035 for your Home Inspection
needs. You need not worry about the setting of the appointment. I get your
information, the inspection address and your Realtors information and I can set
the appointment up from there.
Availability like many Home Inspectors in the Fort Worth area we work 6 days a week. We can usually fill holes throughout the week where others cannot
due to our long work week.
When do you need the home inspection done?
There is limited time to have your Home Inspection
completed. You have found your potential new home and it is time to find out
what kind of concerns, if any, your potential new home has and have follow up
contractors inform you of the cost for those repairs. All of this is to "REDUCE"
your financial risk in the home buying process.
DO NOT GET EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED TO A HOME UNTIL YOU'VE SEEN IT THROUGH AN INSPECTOR'S EYES
817-360-1878
Multiple thousands of Home Inspections Licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission and Insured (we have to be)
Many
decades of primary education and continuing education on Home
Inspection and Building education (amongst other areas of education). If
it has anything to do with building or Inspecting I have been in a
classroom over the decades repeatedly learning about it or keeping up
with the changes in times.
What you will get is a Home Inspector with 20 years as a Home Inspector performing Home Inspections and 25 years as a Termite Inspector and applicator as well as the knowledge of building and
remodeling of residential structures that entire time.
I email reports the same day to you and also your Realtor (if wanted).
Plenty of pictures explaining the concerns in the Home
Inspection report to the point where I never get a call for an
explanation of the concern found.
Scheduling 6 days a week for all Home Inspections.
Put your trust in a Fort Worth Home Inspector performing
your Home Inspection that has a proven record of knowledge and
experience in not only the Home Inspection business but the construction
of your potential new home. Home Inspection is my passion in life.
Partner with me to enjoy a Professional and enjoyable home Inspecting
experience.
This
may not be your new Castle. But Everyone's Home is Their Castle. We
inspect homes from under 1000 square feet to over 20,000 square feet and
we inspect them all as if we were buying them.
The
fear of the unknown concerns with the property and the cost associated
with the same are the future home owners' greatest concern. That is why
our ultimate goal for our clients is to uncover the unknown, remove the
fear of the associated costs and make the purchase of your new home a
relaxing, satisfying and rewarding experience. Not sell you on
everything else to get the Home Inspection. We are there to remove some
of the financial risk in the home buying process.
Very
competitive pricing. Call me and we can discuss your Home Inspection
needs and pricing of services. Your price will be very reasonable from a
Home Inspector that has been doing this for decades. I need referrals
and good referrals as my business depends on it more than most Home
Inspection companies. I do not chase down Realtors for their referrals.
They are hounded by Home Inspectors daily to get referrals. I do get
referrals from Realtors but that is not what my business is based on. I
rely on past clients and their friends and associates and the internet
for my work. Your price, your inspection, will warrant that referral.

What is a
Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a non-invasive visual
examination of a residential dwelling, performed for a fee, which is designed
to identify observed material defects within specific components of said
dwelling.
Components may include any
combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential
systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and
Inspector, prior to or during the inspection process.
A home
inspection is intended to assist in evaluation of the overall condition of the
dwelling. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent
condition of the structure and its components on the date of the inspection and
not the determination of future conditions.
A home
inspection will not reveal every problem that exists or ever could exist, but
only those material defects observed on the day of the inspection.
A Material
defect is a problem with a residential real property or any portion of it that
would have a significant adverse impact on the value of the property or that
involves an unreasonable risk to people on the property. The fact that a
structural element, system or subsystem is near, at or beyond the end of the
normal useful life of such a structural element, system or subsystem is not by
itself a material defect.
An Inspection
report shall describe and identify in written format the inspected systems,
structures, and components of the dwelling and shall identify material defects
observed. Inspection reports may contain recommendations regarding conditions
reported or recommendations for correction, monitoring or further evaluation by
professionals.
